Order Processing and Fulfillment 

Fulfillment Duration: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days. Deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak may take an additional up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation numinara@commerce.asia with a tracking number. Alternatively, you can track your order from our webstore at the order history page.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia. Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. Delays and Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at numinara@commerce.asia with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with our warehouse and carrier to resolve the issue.
